Preparation time: 50 minutes.

Granola is a mix of oat flakes with nuts, walnuts, almonds, figs and raisins on top of which you pour a syrup made from olive oil, honey and cinnamon. The mixture is placed in the oven at an appropriate temperature (160 degrees) for about 30 minutes, until it gets more or less brown, according to preference. This mix, along with any of Transylvania Lactate yogurts and fresh fruit, make for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
