Preparation time: 20 minutes + 1 hours to drain.
Ingredients:
- 2 large and grated zucchini
- a pinch of salt, garlic
- half a cup of flour
- spices (green, pepper), oil
The grated and salted zucchini are left on a damp cloth to drain for one hour. Then they should be put a dry towel to be squeezed. Afterwards add the remaining ingredients, except for the oil. The oil is poured into a pan to heat. The composition is then taken with a spoon or pressed in your palms, in small amounts, into the desired shape. Place the zucchini balls in hot oil and leave them about 3-5 minutes on one side and then the other. Serve warm, covered with sour cream to taste.
