The Burrata cheese ball is creamy on the insid. For Transylvania Lactate, to produce the burratta is a declaration of love for the art of the buffalo dairy and continues to be an honour. Following a traditional recipe we produce special but limited batches of this cheese in order to maintain impeccable control and quality. Burratta is one of our favourite products.
